He was preceded in death by his father Eugene Parrott; grandparents, Forrest Carr and Laura Ogle and Roy Ogle; great grandparents, A.D. and Isabelle Bohanan. Survivors include his, parents, Ruby Shular and husband, Phillip “Smiley” Shular; son, Blaine Carr; daughter, Keeley Carr; sister, Becky Carr and Billy Mincy. A Memorial service will be held at 6:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2017 at Rawlings Funeral Home with Pastor Ray Curtis officiating. In lieu of flowers please make donations to the family to help with the cost of the services. The family will receive friends and family 4:00-6:00 P.M. Saturday, March 25, 2017 prior to the service.
