Thomas Franklin "Tommy" Jenkins, 56, of East Ridge, died Wednesday, March 7, 2012. He was born March 12, 1955, in Chattanooga. Tommy was preceded in death by his father, T.T. Jenkins. Tommy was an avid outdoorsman who loved hunting and fishing. He loved life and especially loved his family. Survivors include his mother, Pauline Jenkins ; sisters, Lee Etta Jenkins and Spike Hammitt, Paulette Sims and Eddie, Jarita Norman and Tony, and Rebecca Hutcheson; brother, Harvey Jenkins ; nephew, Cody Sims and Karen; and niece, Marissa Hutcheson. Memorial services will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday in the East Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. The family will receive friends at the funeral home from 1-2 p.m. Saturday.
