Robert ( Bobby ) David Campbell , 69 of Maryville, born December 13, 1936 died July 16, 2006 at Alvin C. York Veterans Hospital in Murfreesboro. He was a veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He accepted Christ as his Savior before passing on. He was loved by his family and friends. He was preceded in death by his Mother: Mary McDowell Campbell , and his Father, Brothers: Leon McDowell and Wayne McDowell . Survivors include Sons: Tony and Mike, Daughter: Reva, and two other children of a previous marriage, Brothers: Charles Kenneth (Betty) McDowell of Friendsville, William (Alice) McDowell of Knoxville, Joe (Mary Charles) McDowell of Louisville, Sister-in-law: Mildred McDowell of Knoxville, several nieces and nephews, Special friends and loved ones: Junior and Kim Dockery, Gail and Melvin Morgan, Martha McLemore, and Joy Roden. The family would like to give a special thanks to all who gave Bob a helping hand and their friendship during his illness. Family and friends will meet at 10 A.M. Wednesday, July 19, 2006 for a Graveside Service with Full Military Honors at Bakers Creek Cemetery with Dr. Mark Grubb officiating.
