Ernest (Pap) Reagan , age 91, of Walland, died Saturday, October 2, 2004, at Blount Memorial Hospital.
Ernie was retired from ALCOA with 31 years of service, and was a member of the 25-year club. He was also a member of Ridgeview Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by his first wife, Una Ann Garner Reagan ; sons, George W., Wiley H., James H., and Ernest L. Reagan ; son-in-law, John Lee Cutshaw; sisters, Della Garner , Margaret Garner , Viola Garner , Ida Rogers, and Betsy Reagan ; brothers, Ike Reagan and Rufus Reagan .
Survivors include his wife, Virginia Faye Reagan ; sons and daughters-in-law, Billy and Imogene Reagan of Seymour, Roy and Donna Reagan of Walland, Don and Shirley Reagan of Walland, Glen and Brenda Reagan of Maryville; daughter, Nellie Cutshaw of Seymour; daughters and sons-in-law, Lois and Googe Buchanan, Phyllis and Stanley Yates, Brenda and Gary Sparks, Sandy and Emcie Lowe, Mary and Danny Ervin, all of Maryville, Debbie and Charles Wilkes of Soperton, Ga.; daughter, Lucie Reagan of Walland; daughter and son-in-law, Melissa and Max Boring of Maryville; brother, Harrison Reagan of Arcadia, Fla.; daughters-in-law, Deloris (Sug) Reagan , Janice Lawson, and Norma Reagan ; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren; special friend, John Henry.
Funeral service will be 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, October 5, 2004, at Ridgeview Baptist Church, Gamble Lane, Walland, with the Rev. Robert Lee Whitehead, officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends from 5:00 until 8:00 p.m. Monday, October 4, 2004, at Dotson Funeral Home, 4838 Wildwood Road, Wildwood.
