JAMES W. “COTTON” MOORE, age 85, of Dandridge, TN passed away Wednesday evening, October 26, 2011. He was the son of the late Wes and Betty Reneau Moore. Preceded in death by his son, Larry Moore; brothers, Hubert and Herbert Reneau. He was a member of the Hills Union United Methodist Church where he was active on many church committees and was the long-time caretaker of Hills Union Cemetery. Cotton retired from the American Enka Corp. after 36 yrs. and was an avid farmer who enjoyed working with his cattle. Survived by wife Donna Ballew Moore Step-son: Keenan Simpson Sisters-in-law: Grace Reneau and Narmel Walker; several nieces and nephews Special friend, Tim Swann. Funeral services Saturday, Oct. 29, 2011, 2:00pm at the Hills Union United Methodist Church with Rev. Mike Ladd and Rev. Alfred Newman officiating. Interment to follow in the church cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggest that in lieu of flowers that memorials be made to the Hills Union Cemetery Fund, Family will receive friends, Friday evening, 5:30 to 7:30pm at FARRAR FUNERAL HOME, DANDRIDGE
