COOPER, STELLA FLORENCE GREY TIPTON - age 93, of Dandridge, passed away Wednesday, December 8, 2010. Member of Second United Methodist Church, Knoxville. Preceded in death by husbands Butler Clyde Tipton and Melvin G. Cooper; son, Eugene Tipton; daughter, Judith Tipton Rush. Surviving family includes her daughters, Carolyn Hayes, Brenda and husband Greg Foreman, Patricia and husband Terence Heath; sons, Jerry B. Tipton, Richard and wife Linda Tipton, Danny Ray and wife Debbie Tipton, Steve and wife Betty Tipton; many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces and nephews. The family will receive friends at Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel Sunday 2 -4 pm, followed by funeral services officiated by Reverend Darrell William, Reverend Gary Ball and Reverend Larry Ball. Grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Family and friends will meet at Lynnhurst Cemetery, 12:45 pm Monday for 1 pm interment. Arrangements by Lynnhurst-Greenwood Chapel of Berry Funeral Home, 2300 W.
