Alexander, Robert William, Jr. – age 44 of Blaine passed away peacefully after a long illness on Thursday, January 20, 2011, at his home. Bobby was a Christian who never met a stranger. He was an avid outdoorsman and loved football. Preceded in death by parents, Robert and Dorothy Alexander. Survived by loving wife, Jessica Dixon Alexander; sons, Devan Alexander and Dalton Alexander; step-sons, Adam and Aaron Lewis, and Lucas Powell; sisters, Robbin Lee and husband Roger, Ten Ten Alexander, and Becky Lusk and husband Ricky; in-laws, Alice Dixon, special sister-in-law, Jackie Dixon and Mitch Scott, Steve Dixon, Mike Dixon, Tressie Dixon, Edde and Ali Dixon; and several aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces, and nephews. A Celebration of Bobby’s life will be 4:00 PM Sunday, January 23, 2011, at Bridges Funeral Home with Rev. Mike Lee officiating. The family will receive friends 2:00-4:00 PM Sunday at Bridges Funeral Home, 5430 Rutledge Pike, 865-523-4999.
