THOMAS , PERSHING , P. - age 83, passed away in the early morning, Wednesday, October 9, 2002. He was preceded in death by his parents, Pink and Sarah Thomas wives, Rose Thomas and Lillie Thomas . He is survived by his sisters and brother-in-law, Irene Gamble of Maryville, Mary Lou and Alvin Booth, Sr. of Knoxville seven nieces and nephews, and their families. Family and friends will meet for Graveside Funeral Services at 2:30 p.m. Thursday at Pleasant Grove Baptist Church Cemetery on Old Walland Highway in Maryville with Rev. Kenneth Snow officiating.
