Survivors: loving and devoted wife, Patsy McElhaney and children, Mitzi McElhaney , Patty Lenee Grubb, Debbie Watson all of Blaine father, J.T. McElhaney of Rutledge brothers, Bill McElhaney of Knoxville, Donnie McElhaney and wife, Patty of Bean Station sister, Shelby McCarter and husband, Jimmy of New Market, Judy Sands and husband, Jim of Houston, Texas mother in law, Jessie Fennell brothers in law, Jimmy Fennel and wife, Bobbye, Jackie Fennell of Blaine grandchildren are Nikki Watson, Amy Brown, Kristina Watson and Joseph Bisch great grandchildren, Mason and Maddison Bailey of Blaine several nieces and nephews and friends of the family.
