ROGERSVILLE -- Robin Malcolm Arnott , age 90, Rogersville, died Friday, March 16, 2001, following an extended illness.
He was a life-long resident of Hawkins County and a member of Persia United Methodist Church. He was retired from the Tennessee Highway Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents, James and Laura Lauderback Arnott ; sisters, Vivian Champ, Merle Arnott , Ola Dell Davis, and Flora Belle Behrens; and brothers, William "Bill" Arnott and J.D. Arnott .
He is survived by two sisters, Grace Berry, Bulls Gap, and Irene Spangler, Knoxville; a sisters-in-law, Pauline Arnott , Knoxville, and Inez Arnott , Morristown; and several nieces and nephews.
Calling hours will be 6 - 8 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2001, at Broome Funeral Home, Rogersville.
Funeral services will be held 8 p.m. Sunday, March 18, 2001, in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Waylon Richards officiating. Graveside services will be held 10 a.m. Monday, March 19, 2001, at Persia Cemetery.
