Mr. Paul Vinson Connolly 73, of 217 Meadow Woods Rd., died November 16, 1996 at Oakmont Nursing Home. Memorial service is 2 p.m. Monday at Greene Funeral Home, Rock Hill. Burial is private. Visitation is at the funeral home Monday after the service. A native of York, he was a son of the late Miles Russell and Ruth Smith Connolly . Mr. Connolly was retired from Rock Hill Printing & Finishing where he worked in the rayon department. After retirement he worked for Community CASN in Rock Hill. He was of the Church of God faith. Survivors include his wife, Grace Zelian Connolly of the home; son, David Lamarr Connolly of Saluda, SC; brothers, Miles Russell Connolly , Jr. of York, SC and Ed Connolly of Washington, DC; sisters, Dorothy Green of York, SC, Hazel Barnette of Newberry, SC and Daisy Whisonant of York; granddaughter, Carla Leann Turner of Rock Hill, SC, who he raised and one great-grandchild. Greene Funeral Home is in charge.
