She was a loving wife and mother, and was a devoted member of Friendship Baptist Church in Hixson. She is survived by her husband of 39 years, Clarence Edward Neal , Sr. son, Clarence Edward Neal , Jr. (Eddie) and his wife, Rhonda daughter, Jennifer Carol Neal Crowder granddaughter, Megan Nicole Neal Mitchell of Dothan, Ala. grandson, Clarence Edward Neal III (Rance) two special grandchildren, Charles Scott Johnson and Lauren Ashley Mitchell mother, Sally Arnwine Welch West of Rutledge, Tenn. sister, Genny Lee Burnett and her husband, Earl of Knoxville brothers, Carl and DeeDee Welch of Fort Worth, Texas, Robert Joe Welch of Knoxville, William Earl and Evelyn Welch of Newport, Tenn., Paul Edward and Maurine Welch of Powder Springs, Tenn. nine nieces and five nephews. Graveside services will be held on Tuesday, March 25, 2003, at 3:00 p.m. at Trentville Cemetery in Knoxville, Tennessee with Rev. Kermit Troutman officiating. The family will receive friends on Monday from 5-8 p.m. and Tuesday from 10 a.m. - 12 Noon at the funeral home. Arrangements by the North Chapel of Chattanooga Funeral Home. [S87] Death Certificate.
