McMAHAN , ASHLEY DANIELLE - age 11, of 159 Howard's Chapel Rd., Vonore, passed away suddenly, Wednesday, October 21, 1998, at Sweetwater Hospital. She was an A student at Vonore Elementary School, a cheerleader, and a basketball player, member of Ebenezer Ballplay Baptist Church and was saved on August 25, 1997. Survivors: parents, Marty and Karen McMahan ; brother, Tyler Jeremiah McMahan ; grandparents, Raymond and Louise McLemore, Amos and Edna McMahan ; great-grandmother, Ree Dean, all of Vonore; aunts, Jane Duncan, Jennifer Watson, Beverly Frerichs, Christine Welch, Laverne Lankford, Linda McCullough; uncles, Jeff, Richard, James, Ronnie, and Keith McLemore, Donnie, Ralph, David, and Ricky McMahan ; several cousins; and many special friends. Funeral 2 p.m., Saturday, Ebenezer Ballplay Baptist Church, Rev. Mike Blair, Rev. Clayton Dunsmore, Rev. John Kiser, Rev. Marvin Bud Millsaps officiating. Interment Mt. Zion Cemetery. Family will receive friends 6-9 p.m., Friday at Biereley-Hale Funeral Home, Madisonville.
