Obituary:
Lyla Estalene Ogle, 85, of Ooltewah, died Monday, July 26, 2010 in a local hospital. Lyla was a life long resident and was a member of High Point Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her father, Robert Elmer Ogle in 1925 and her mother and step father, Sally and Fred (Doc) Stafford and a sister-in law, Connie Ogle Survivors include her brothers, Robert E. Ogle, Jr., Apison; and Don (Melba) Stafford, Ooltewah; Sister, Avenia (Paul) Ireland, Rossville; nieces, Myrna Stafford, Tammy (Dudley) Kerr and Mary (Dr. Spencer) Johnson, nephews, Donnie (Sandy) Stafford and Tim (Debbie) Stafford, Bob Ireland and Dr. Stan (Vennice) Ireland. Services will be held at 1 PM Thursday in the funeral home chapel with Rev. Charles Fountain officiating. Interment will be in Plowman Cemetery with nephews serving as pallbearers. The family will receive friends from 2 -8 PM Wednesday and one hour prior to the service Thursday at Heritage Funeral Home & Cremation Services, 7454 E. Brainerd Rd.
