Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at Sacred Heart Catholic Church with burial in Calvary. Memphis Funeral Home Poplar Chapel has charge. She was a member of Tri Delta Sorority, Daughters of the American Revolution, Lourdes Circle and the Nineteenth Century Club. Mrs. Bush , the widow of John Thomas Bush Jr., leaves a daughter, Dianne B. Zanone of Memphis; two sons, John Thomas Bush III of Williamsburg, Va., and Dr. J. Kerry Bush of Phoenix, Ariz.; a sister, Elizabeth Perry of Walpole, Mass., seven grandchildren and six great-grandchildren.
