Beulah Shultz, of Newport, went to be with the Lord, Monday, August 16, 2010, at Mercy Medical Center, St. Mary's Hospital in Knoxville. She was a loving, mom and mamaw. She was kind to everyone she met and will be sadly missed by her family and friends. She was preceded in death by her father, Forrest Fine; mother Della Finchum Fine; sister, Ella Mae Owenby; and brother Wayne Fine. She is survived by her son, Carroll Kyker; daughter and son-in-law, Gwenda and Marvin Shelton; son and daughter-in-law, Darin and Madalyn Shutlz; grandchildren, Dion Kyker, Alecia Shelton, Brandie Shultz, Courtney Shultz, Cody Shultz and Justin Gann; great grandchildren, Damian and Ethan Knight; nieces and nephews, Robbin Fine Coakley, Glennie Kate Huff, Swan Ray Owneby, Jimmy Owenby and Sylvia Brown; special friends and family, Tige Fine, Brother Tony Layman and Norman Jean Owenby. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Tuesday, August 17, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Brother Ed Frazier officiating. Burial will be held 11:00 am, Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday, prior to the funeral at Manes Funeral Home.
