Ritchey-O'Neal engagement
Maleia Suzanne Ritchey, daughter of Harold and Janice Ritchey, of Maryville, is engaged to marry Nicholas James O'Neal, son of James and Wendy O'Neal, of Maryville, at 4 p.m. Aug. 28 at Old Piney Grove Baptist Church, Maryville. Friends and relatives are invited to attend.
The future bride is the granddaughter of Jane Duncan, of Maryville, the late Charley Duncan, Lorene Ritchey, of Maryville, and the late James Ritchey.
The future bridegroom is the grandson of James O'Neal Sr., of Alcoa, the late Barbara O'Neal, Winona Smith, of Ellison Bay, Wis., and the late Maynard Smith.

The bride-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School and a graduate of Tennessee Technology Center, Knoxville, in surgical technology. She is employed as a surgical technologist at Fort Sanders Regional Medical Center.
The bridegroom-to-be is a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School. He is a meter reader with the city of Alcoa.

Maleia Suzanne Ritchey, of Maryville, daughter of Harold and Janice Ritchey, of Maryville, was united in marriage with Nicholas James O誰eal, of Maryville, son of James and Wendy O誰eal, of Maryville, at 4 p.m. Aug. 28 at Old Piney Grove Baptist Church, Maryville. The Rev. Rex Everett officiated.
Amanda Keller, of Maryville, was maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Katie Ritchey, Jessica Coppenger, Michelle Ritchey, Katrina Weaver, Emily Quarles and Melissa Morrison, all of Maryville.
Makayla Johnson and Jadyn McLemore were flower girls. Jarrett McLemore and Hunter Johnson were ring bearers. Morgan Winegar kept the bride痴 book.
James G. O誰eal, of Maryville, was best man. Groomsmen were Nathan O誰eal, Matthew Ritchey, Casey Coppenger, Cody Price and Ryan Moore, all of Maryville, and Brandon O誰eal, of Alcoa.
A reception hosted by the parents of the bride was held at the church.
After a wedding trip to Negril, Jamaica, the couple are living in Maryville.
The bride is a 2009 graduate of Tennessee Technology Center of Knoxville. She is a surgical technologist at Ft. Sanders Regional Medical Center.
The bridegroom is a 2006 graduate of Heritage High School. He is employed in the meter division, city of Alcoa.
