Survivors: wife, Frankie Joyce Noe; sons and daughters-in-law, Ray and Pat Noe, David and Doris Noe, Jeffery Noe; daughters and sons-in-law, Linda and Eddie Poe, Barbara and Steve Julian, Patricia and Phillip Luman; 10 grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren; brothers, Troy, Melvin , Everett and Fred Noe; sister, Betty Knight. Funeral service 1 p.m. Monday, Seven Islands Baptist Church, Rev. William McCarter officiating. Interment Seven Islands Cemetery. Pallbearers: Jody Noe, Brent Poe, Andy Watson, Steve Julian, Ron Lawson, and Rex Montgomery. Arrangements by Berry Funeral Home, Chapman Hwy.
