Member of Lakeside Baptist Church for over 50 years. Preceded in death by: son, Reverend Ralph T. Millsaps; three grandchildren; son-in-law, Paul W. Summitt. Survivors: daughters and sons-in-law, Ruby and Charles Rhyne, Maryville, Mary Ann Summitt, Martha and Cecil L. Leming, all of Vonore; sons and daughters-in-law, Andy Jr. and Betty Millsaps, Knoxville, J.B. and Linda Millsaps, Maryville, Boyd and Vietta Millsaps, Alcoa, Mildred Millsaps, Vonore; 17 grandchildren; 19 great-grandchildren; two great, great-grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Funeral 8 p.m., Sunday at Biereley-Hale Chapel, Rev. James Patton, Rev. Chad Schaffer officiating. Interment 11 a.m., Monday in Lakeside Baptist Cemetery.
