He was a Veteran of the United States Army. Preceded in death by wife, Sarah M. Teffeteller parents, Pren , Sr. and Hazel Arwood Teffeteller and a brother, Carl Teffeteller . Survivors: daughter, Vondale Chapman of Maryville grandson, Shannon Lee Chapman of Maryville nephews, Jim Teffeteller , and Richard Teffeteller , both of Maryville cousin, Homer Murrell of Rockford niece, Sheila Lamb of Knoxville special friends, James Triplett of Rockford and Larry Lones of Maryville & Kathy. Family and friends will meet at The Tennessee State Veterans Cemetery, Lyons View Pike at Northshore, Knoxville at 11:30 a.m. Friday morning, June 13, 2003 for a graveside service and interment, Rev. Lonnie Brewer officiating. At the request of the deceased, there will be no visitation. Arrangements by Miller Funeral Home, Maryville.
