Blanche Finchum, age 76 of Sevierville, passed away Thursday January 31, 2013. She was a member of Jones Chapel Baptist Church and had worked 34 years at Cherokee Textile Mills.
She was preceded in death by her parents, John and Ellen Wright; brothers, Burl Wright, Frank Wright, Fred Wright, Shirley Wright; sons-in-law, Donnie Holbert, Mike Jessie.
Survivors include:
Husband of 57 years: Virgil Finchum
Daughters and sons-in-law: Kay and Mike West, Faye and Jerry Parton, Ellen and Harold Ramsey
Grandchildren: Dawn and Larry Loveday, David and Jennifer Jessie, Marcus and Courtney Parton, Clayton Ramsey, Dawn and Jimmy Ball, Amber Ramsey
Great-grandchildren: Leah and Ally Loveday, Daxton Parton, Cody Ball, Jarrett Ball, Patrick Ball, Conner Ramsey
Sisters and brothers-in-law: Stella and Tom Maples, Emma and Ray McClure
Sisters-in-law: Mary Arwood, Ina Wright, Bernice Wright, Paulette Wright
Brother-in-law and sister-in-law: Kenneth and Mary Finchum

The family would like to extend a special thank you to niece, Debbie Broyhill and sister-in-law, Mary Arwood for their loving care as well as the staff of Amedisys.

The family will receive friends from 4-6PM Saturday with funeral service to follow at 6PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev. Dan King officiating.
