He was preceded in death by his wife, Laura Ogle and daughter, Theresia Johnson. Survivors include his sons, Teddy Joe Ogle of Seymour, Roy Lynn Baxter of Sevierville, Billy (Anna) Carr of Sevierville, Kenneth (Doris) Carr of Sevierville; daughters, Shirlene (Phillip) Parton of Sevierville and Ruby (Phillip "Smiley") Shular of Wears Valley; sister, Faye Williams of Georgia; 12 grandchildren and several great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews. Services will be held 4:00 P.M. Friday, February 20, 2015 at Rawlings Funeral Home in Sevierville. Graveside services will be held at 12:00 noon Saturday, February 21, 2015 at Shiloh Cemetery. The family will receive friends 1:00-4:00 P.M. Friday, February 20, 2015 prior to the service.
