He is survived by his son, James Black of White Pine; daughter, Patricia Ramsey of White Pine; brother, Bill (Carol) Roberts of Lancaster, Ohio; sister, Patty (Jim) Rawlings of Hillsboro, KY; eight grandchildren; six great-grandchildren; very special friend Kenneth Hall; and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 2:00 pm Friday, December 14, 2012 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel. Burial will follow in White Pine Cemetery The family will receive friends from 12-2:00 pm Friday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral service.
