SEXTON, MARY BLANCHE - age 90, of Maynardville, passed away Friday, January 7, 2011. Blanche was a member of Cedar Grove Baptist Church, and retired from Union County school system. She was a very loving outgoing person, who loved everyone. Daughter of the late Eskie and Lizzie Gose Edmondson. Also preceded in death by, husband Walter Sexton; son, Doug Sexton; daughter, Betty Kitts. Survivors, daughters and husbands, Carolyn and Bill Hall of Halls, Vickie and Jerry Walker of Sharps Chapel, Phyllis and Marvin Elkins of Andersonville; sons and wives, Bob and Pattie Sexton, Danny and Rhonda Sexton daughter-in-law, Sandra Sexton; son-in-law Harvey Kitts all of Maynardville; 10 grandchildren; 17 great grandchildren; four great great grandchildren; brother, Jim Edmondson of Michigan; sister, Ruth Cole of Ohio. Family will receive friends 5 to 7 p.m. Sunday with funeral to follow at 7:00 p.m. in Cooke Chapel. Reverend Jason Walker officiating.
