  [S4] Knoxville News-Sentinel (Tennessee), 8 Dec 1999. BURCHETT , DIANN (CLINTON) - age 56, of Knoxville, has gone shopping. She was member of Lyons Creek Baptist Church East Knoxville. Preceded in death by father, Ted Clinton; sister, Lora Clinton. Leaving behind her husband of 29 years, Larry Burchett ; sons, P.J. Burchett and Todd Hale; mother, Minnie Clinton; sister, Tippie Dalton; brothers, James and Dennis Clinton, all of Knoxville; special friends, David Kennedy, Linda Shackleford, Mae Sims, Teressa Noe, Mary Alice Bonds, Robertia Walker, and a multitude of other friends and family to numerous to mention. Diann says, "Thank you and good bye, she had a wonderful time. She'll see you in the big shopping mall in the sky." Funeral service 8 p.m. Tuesday at Gentry-Griffey Chapel Dr. Charles Earl officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorial may be made to Hospice of East Tennessee, Rivermont Building, Sevier Ave. Knoxville, TN 37901. Family and friends will meet at the entrance of Greenwood Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Wednesday for a 1 p.m. interment service. Family will receive friends 6-8 p.m. Tuesday at Gentry-Griffey Chapel.
