(Died May 19, 2011) Mrs. Susie J. Gregg, age 89, of Dandridge passed away Thursday morning, May 19, 2011 at Jefferson County Nursing Home. She was preceded in death by her husband Claude Huston Gregg, parents Caywood and Cora Dennis, one brother, four sisters, and daughter-in-law Helen Gregg. Mrs. Gregg was a member of Newport Church Of God. She is survived by her son Sanders Gregg, grandson Jeremy Gregg, both of Dandridge, granddaughter Cheryl Elgendy of Cairo, Egypt, three great grandchildren, and sister Bonnie Penix of Knoxville. Additional survivers include several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends including special friend Sharon Dotson of Dandridge. Funeral services will be held 1:00 p.m. Saturday, May 21, 2011 at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home with Pastor Calvin Hammontree officiating. Interment will follow at Hills Union Cemetery. The family will receive friends 6:00-8:00 p.m. Friday evening May 20, 2011 at Costner-Maloy Funeral Home.
