July 14, 1946 - March 15, 2016 Resided in Sevierville, TN Lloyd Ronald Roach Sr. (Ronnie) 69 of Sevierville, TN (formally of Knoxville, TN) born July 14, 1946 went to be with the Lord Tuesday, March 15, 2016 at U.T. Medical Center. Special thanks to all staff of hospital, doctors, nurses, all workers on 4th and 2nd floor of the heart hospital and others who made our stay special. Ronnie was an army veteran and retired from the U.S. Postal Service. He was a special husband, father, and friend. He loved the Lord, gospel music, church, food, football, friends, and most of all family. He always had a song on his heart about Jesus. We love him dearly. He will be greatly missed. He leaves his wife of 48 years: Margaret (Jones) Roach; Sons: Lloyd Roach Jr. and wife Ashleigh, Gregory Roach Lee; Daughters: Rhonda McPeek and husband Zayne, Tami (Lee) Lance and husband Darin; Sister: Alice Lane; Twin brother: Donnie Roach wife Diane; 15 grandchildren, 3 great-grandchildren, a hosts of nieces, nephews and friends. The family will receive friends 6-7 PM Saturday, with funeral service following at 7 PM at Parkway Church of God on Dolly Parton Parkway with Pastor James Reading officiating Interment 11:30 AM Tuesday in East Tennessee Veterans Cemetery with Pastor Ray Curtis and military honors provided by American Legion Post #104.
