(April 7, 1915 - February 19, 2007) Georgia Mae (Clabough) Piercy, age 91, of Maryville, passed away Monday, February 19, 2007, at Brakebill Nursing Home in Knoxville. She was preceded in death by her parents, John Wesley and Mary E. Franklin Clabough; husband, Guy Piercy, Sr.; sons, David M., and Guy Piercy Jr.; brothers, Hiram D., Robert C., Archie C., David M., Samuel E., Otha E., and Herman F. Clabough; and sisters, Josie M. Duncan, Zula J. Clabough, Ada K. Ward, and Edna R. Tarwater. She is survived by her daughter-in-law, Mrs. Guy Piercy, Jr. (Mary “Fran” ) of Knoxville, TN; grandsons, Christopher D. and wife, Kimberly A. Piercy, of Atlanta, GA; Colin Piercy of Clinton, TN; great-grandchildren, Brittany N. Piercy of Oak Ridge, TN; and T. Alexander and Ethan S. Piercy of Atlanta, GA; and several nieces and nephews. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to: Madison Avenue Baptist Church Building Fund, 1918 Madison Ave., Maryville, TN 37804. Funeral service will be held 7:00 PM Wednesday, February 21, 2007, at Miller Funeral Home Cedar Chapel, Dr. Glenn Cummings officiating. Family and friends will meet 11:00 AM Thursday at Mt.
