She fought a good fight with 9 months of Breast Cancer with Jesus helping her. She loved working in her flowers, quilting, cooking, working puzzles and helping everyone anyway she could. She was of the Church of God Faith and one of the founding members of the West Anderson Ave. Church of God. Preceded in death by: her loving husband of 72 years, Charles Milton Jones and loving son, Charles Milton Jones Jr. Survived by: son, John H. (Bud) Jones and wife Donna; daughter, Margaret A. Roach and husband Ronnie; daughter-in-law, Bobby Jones, all of Knoxville; brother, Ted Conard ; sister, Geneva Mason; brother-in-law, Scott Jones and wife Margie; sister-in-law, Pauline Conard , all of Knoxville; 9 grandchildren; 27 great grandchildren; 1 great grandchild. Funeral service 8:00 p.m. Thursday at Rose Mortuary Broadway Chapel with Rev. Jimmy Dunn and Rev. Ronnie Roach Jr. officiating. Family and friends will meet at Edgewood Cemetery at 12:45 p.m. Friday for a 1:00 p.m. interment. Grandsons and great grandsons will serve as pallbearers. Honorary pallbearer, Scott Jones.
