PHILLIPS, BESSIE OSBORNE - age 65 of Knoxville, passed away Thursday, December 2, 2004 at University of Tennessee Medical Center. She was of the Baptist faith and was preceded in death by her parents, Sylvester and Myrtle Osborne 6 sisters, and one brothers. She is survived by her daughters and sons in law, Patti and Steve Armes and Rebecca and David Davis grandchildren, Joseph T. Perry and Samantha Zanone brother and sister in law, Dan and Linda Osborne sisters and brothers in law, Ruth and Eddie Brabston, Edna and Carroll Mills and Ann and Willard Adkins and special friend, Larry Phillips. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm. Saturday evening at the funeral home with funeral services following the visitation at 7 p.m. Saturday evening December 4, 2004 in the Evergreen Funeral Chapel with Reverend Buford Wilson officiating. Graveside services and interment will be at 2 p.m. Sunday, December 5, 2004 in Thorn Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Diabetes Foundation.
