CLABOUGH, PEARL DEFORD - age 77, of Powell, passed away Sunday, November 18, 2001, at Fort Sanders Regional Hospital. She professed her faith at Bells Campground Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by parents, Fatte and Orlena Deford; sisters, Zetta and Orabelle; brothers, Paris and Elvin.
She is survived by husband of 62 years, Frank Clabough; sons and daughters-in-law, James and Russell Clabough, Frank, Jr. and Norma Clabough, all of Powell, Wayne and Myra Clabough of Talbott; daughters and sons-in-law, Mary Lou and Bobby Coward of Clinton, Betty and Gary Smith of Powell; grandchildren, Mark, Jeff, Bill, Paris, Angela, Teresa, Anita, Jesse and special grandson, David; great-grandchildren, Wesley Allen, Andrea, Megan, Tyler, Colby, Nathan, Abbigail, Alecia, Will and Whitney; sister, Dorothy Talala of Chicago. Funeral services will be Tuesday at 8:00 p.m. at Weaver Chapel with Pastor John Mays and Larry Clabough officiating. Family and friends will meet Wednesday at 10:45 a.m. at Bells Campground Cemetery for an 11:00 a.m. graveside service. Weaver Funeral Home, in charge of arrangements.
