She was preceded in death by her parents, James and Joyce Howard, of Cincinnati, Ohio; father-in-law, R L Greene of Del Rio. She is survived by her husband, Steve Hall of Del Rio; sister, Sherry (Bill) Hilton of Bean Station; brother, Mike Howard of Ohio; mother-in-law, Jennie Greene of Newport; sister-in-law, Ruby (Carson) Messer; brothers-in-law C B (Wilma) Hall, Glen Greene, Clyde (Debbie) Greene and Jessie (Robin ) Greene; a host of nieces, nephews, and other family and friends and her ConAgra family. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Friday March 8, 2013 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Bill Murr and Rev. Leon Large officiating. The family will receive friends from 5-7 pm Friday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the service. Manes Funeral Home in charge.
