Helen (Penney) Jane Scott England, age 50, of Newport, passed away Sunday, October 24, 2010. She is survived by her parents, John and Jo Ann Scott of Newport; brothers, John S. (Phyllis) Scott of Newport, James M. (Janet) Scott, Silverdale, Washington, Mark Scott of Newport; sisters, Elizabeth (CL) Hixson of Moshiem, TN, Pam (Russell) Baxter, Pensacola, FL, Courtney L. (Michael) Purkey, Russellville, TN; also nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews; and other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 8:00 pm Tuesday, October 26, 2010 in Manes Funeral Home West Chapel, with Rev. Wayne Wyatt and Rev. Ed Parton officiating. Burial will be 11:00 am,Wednesday in Stokely Chapel Cemetery. The family will receive friends from 6-8 pm Tuesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral.
