James Woodrow Lane, age 67, loved by all as “Bobo” of Dandridge, passed away on Friday, December 9, 2016. He was a member of Swannsylvania Baptist Church. He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Jesse and Maude Lane; and brother, Bufford Lane. He is survived by his sister, Jane (Chester) Ealy of Dandridge; brothers, Ron (Sue) Lane of Dandridge, sister, Bobby Lane of Dandridge; sister-in-law Wanda Lane of Parrottsville; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces, great-nephews, also many other family and friends. Funeral services will be held 7:00 pm Wednesday, December 14, 2016 in Manes Funeral Home Chapel, with Rev. Mike Hensley and Rev. Dennis Caldwell officiating. Burial will be held 2:00 pm, Thursday, December 15, 2016 in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 5:00 pm – 7:00 pm Wednesday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services.
