HOUVOURAS, Elizabeth Age 81, of Englewood, passed away Monday, December 3, 2007 at Life Care Hospice of Dayton. She is retired from Dayco with 30 years of service, a member of the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, Daughters of Penelope, and The Annunciation Philoptochos. Elizabeth is preceded in death by her parents, John & Mary Alex. She is survived by her daughters & sons-in-law, Mary E. & Stephen Caudell and Katherine L. & Evron H. Colhoun all of Englewood; Sons & daughter-in-law, John Houvouras of Englewood, Peter & Paula Houvouras of Butler Twp.; brother & sister-in-law, James & Donna Alex of CA; grandchildren, Elizabeth (James) Hanneman, Anna (Todd) Parker, Nick Colhoun, Alex Colhoun, Cara (Dean) Corbolotti; great grandchildren, Max & Mitchell Hanneman & Zachary Parker; nieces & nephews of CA, and Springfield, OH., cousin, Helen Brown of IL; and numerous cousins in Greece. Funeral Services will be held Tuesday, December 11, 2007 at 10:00 AM at the Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church, 500 Belmonte Park North, with Father Mark P. Emroll officiating. Interment Woodland Cemetery. Family will receive friends Monday from 5-8 PM with Trisagion Prayers at 7:00PM at the Marker & Heller Funeral Home, North Main St. Chapel, 1706 North Main St. If desired memorial contributions may be made to The Annunciation Greek Orthodox Church in Elizabeth's memory.
