GREENWAY, M. KENNETH - age 96, of Fountain City, passed away, Tuesday, April 20, 2010 at Mercy medical Center. Kenneth was born in Tellico Plains, TN. He served in the U.S. Army in WWII under Eisenhower's cabinet and was Honor Guard for Eleanor Roosevelt as she spoke to the troops. He worked for K-25 and Y-12 of Oak Ridge National Labs (Union Carbide) and retired in 1975 after 25 years of service. He was an avid golfer and traveler. He and his wife, Lenore toured the country in their RV for several years after retiring. He is survived by wife, Lenore, of Knoxville; daughter, Betsy Davis, Wesley Chapel, FL; daughter and son in law, Linda and Keith Kinney, Yellow Springs, OH; granddaughter and grandson in law, Kelcey and Robbie Levering; and great granddaughters, Ella and Chloe Levering, Knoxville. He is also survived by step grandchildren and great grandchildren in Ohio, Stacey and Dru, Melissa and Cory, Gabriel, Paige and Skylar Kinney.
