Mr. Robert Craig (Bobby) Hurley, age 60, of Newport, passed away Saturday, October 20, 2012, at Holston Valley Hospital in Kingsport. He was a past employee of ConAgra and was of the Baptist faith. He was preceded in death by his parents George Robert and Edith Hurley, brother Marty Hurley, and nephew Jeffrey Todd Hurley. Survivors include his brother Randy Hurley, Sr., nephew Randy Hurley, Jr., and aunt Ruth Turner, all of Newport. A graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 24, 2012, at Union Cemetery with Pastor Manson Lee officiating. Family and friends will meet at the cemetery at 12:45 p.m. prior to the graveside service. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to help with the final expenses.
