Mr. Larry D. Henderson, age 63, of Newport , passed away Thursday, October 15, 2015, at Tennova Turkey Creek in Knoxville.
He was of the Baptist faith.
He was preceded in death by his parents Jesse Lee and Rowena Henderson, and brothers Charlie, Wayne, Raymond, Robert, Paul, J.B., and Everett Lee.
Survivors include his wife Nancy Gail Henderson of the home; children Chris (Amber) Henderson of Newport and Scotty (Amber) Henderson of Cosby; grandchildren Logan and Landon Henderson; brother Fred (Stella) Henderson of Dandridge; sisters Lucy Pace of Newport and Sue (Ronnie) Lane of Dandridge.
Additional survivors include several nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends, including special friend Tina Ellison of Bybee.
The family will hold a memorial service at 7:00 p.m. Saturday evening, October 17, 2015, at Swannsylvania Baptist Church with Pastor Mike Hensley officiating and additional remarks by Dawn Loyd and Jamie Valentine. The family will receive friends from 5:00—7:00 p.m. Saturday at the church prior to the services.
In lieu of flowers the family requests that donations be made to help cover the final expenses.
