John Hulet Bradley, age 76 of Pigeon Forge, went to be with his Lord and Savior on Sunday, August 25, 2013. Mr. Bradley was a devout witness and faithful disciple of Christ and prayer warrior. He was a member of Grace Baptist Church in Sevierville.
Mr. Bradley was a retired veteran of the United States Navy. He served in Iraq during Desert Storm. He was retired from the Sevier County School System Maintenance Department.
He was preceded in death by his parents Woodrow and Stella (Webb) Bradley and infant brother Charles Bradley.
Survivors include:
Wife of 37 years: Joan Clevenger Bradley – "Cribbie" ;
Sons: Darrell J. Bradley and wife Kathy, Ricky Christopher and wife Sheila, David Christopher and wife Deborah;
Grandchildren: Brandon Christopher, Ryan Christopher, Kayla Rose, Courtney Holton, John Jarnagin, and Lance Christopher;
Five great-grandchildren;
Brother: Albert Bradley and wife Eula;
Sisters: Mary Jean Bradley, Ardell Gregory, Barbara Sutton and husband Wayne;
Several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Grace Baptist, Church Building Fund, P.O. Box 5312, Sevierville, TN 37864.
The family will receive friends 5-7 PM Thursday with funeral service to follow at 7 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home. Rev. Stacy Pearcey will officiate. Interment 10 AM Friday in Middle Creek Cemetery. Arrangements by Atchley Funeral Home, Sevierville. (www.atchleyfuneralhome.com)
