He is survived by his mother, Lois Millsaps Carter ; sister, Betty Carter Resciniti; brother & sister-in-law, Robert & Betty Carter ; nephew, James Resciniti; niece, Kathy Resciniti; very special friends, Kay Carter , and Carolyn Hudgens. Funeral service 8:00 p.m., Friday, November 11, 2005, Trinity Chapel, Smith Mortuary with Rev. James "Tater" Wells and Rev. Mike Roach officiating.
