JACK DALE WHITE, age 78, of Dandridge, TN passed away Thursday morning, March 18, 2010 at St. Mary's Medical Center in Knoxville, TN following a brief illness. He was the son of the late Jess and Lucy Skeen White. Jack was an active member of Piedmont Baptist Church, owner and operator of White's Egg Farm for 35 years and served as chairman of the Piedmont Cemetery committee. He was also a veteran of the U. S. Army and served in the Korean Conflict. Survived by his wife of 58 years and high school sweetheart, Lorene Roberts White; children, Connie (Craig) Kisabeth, Carol Thompson, Mike (Jackie) White, all of Dandridge; grandchildren, Beau (Kendra) Kisabeth and Jennifer Kisabeth, Walt (Nicole) and Millicent Thompson; great-grandchildren, Madison and Harrison Kisabeth; brothers, David H. (Pat) White of Crossville, Thomas J. (Faye) White of Dandridge; several nieces and nephews; and special friends, David DeZan and Curt Woods. Funeral service will be held at 3:00 p.m. Saturday, March 20, 2010 at Piedmont Baptist Church with Rev. Bob Neal and Dr. Clyde Tilley officiating. Interment with military honors to follow in Piedmont Cemetery. The family will receive friends Saturday afternoon from 1:00 until 3:00 p.m. prior to the servie at the church. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial gifts be made to the Piedmont Cemetery Fund, c/o Curt Woods, 811 W. Hwy 25/70, Dandridge, TN 37725.
