William Wesley Houser, Sr., age 79 of Sevierville, passed away Friday, January 13, 2012. He was a veteran of the U. S. Air Force having served during the Korean War and was a government employee for 37 years in the Department of Navy, having served the last four years in the White House.
Mr. Houser was preceded in death by his parents, Richard and Mary Clabo Houser; brother, Ted Houser and sister, Cecil Whaley.
He is survived by his loving wife of 56 years, Virginia Houser; sons, William W. Houser, Jr. and Robert C. Houser and their spouses Mary and Susan; grandchildren, Michael, Jack, Madeleine and John Houser; brother, Isham Houser and wife Faye; sister, Martha Brennan and husband Richard; several nieces and nephews.
