He was preceded in death by his father, Otto Williams. He is survived by his mother, Zeltha Williams of Cosby, son; Tim Williams of Sevierville; 2 grandchildren; brothers Dennis and Jack Williams of Newport, David, Robin and Lake Williams of Cosby, and Dan Williams of Dandridge; sisters, Gail Peurifoy of South Carolina and Virginia Ham of Sevierville. As per his request he will be cremated. A memorial service will be at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, March 5, 2010 at Shults Grove Methodist Church in Cosby with Rev. Alta Raper officiating.
