Betty Louise Hall, 59, of Newport, passed away March 23. She was preceded in death by her father, Coy Frisbee; husband, Joel Hall; and son, Joel Michael Hall. She is survived by her mother, Helen Frisbee; son, Michael Frisbee; daughters and sons-in-law, Jackie and Jay Crum, Penny Hall, and Patricia and Rick Hall, all of Newport; stepson, Randy Darshan Fine of Newport; brothers, Bobby and James Frisbee, both of Newport; 10 grandchildren; one great-grandchild; a very special friend, Gabrieal Martinez; and many friends and relatives, aunts and uncles. The funeral will be held at 1 p.m. Sunday at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jr. Gorrell and Rev. Rabbit Mathis officiating, with burial in Frisbee-Rathbone Cemetery.
