Billie Evelyn Williams McNealy age 85 of Parrottsville passed away Thursday June 8, 2017. She was born in Jellico, Tennessee where she grew up in a musical, loving family. She loved to sing and dance. She was a member of Bethel Baptist Church. She will be dearly missed by her children, grandchildren, great-grandchildren, sisters, brothers, nieces, nephews and many friends. She was preceded in death by her loving husband Ernest McNealy, parents Cecil and Grace Williams, sister Lois Surber, brother Robert Williams, her mother in law and father in law Flora and Arless McNealy, her brothers in law Bill and Ken McNealy and sister in law Glenna Sutherlan. She is survived by her children Debbie (David) Arnold of Travelers Rest , S C , Ernie (Joy) McNealy of Parrottsville, grandchildren Jill (Michael) Grogg, Meghan (Eric) Guth of Travelers Rest, S C , Jennifer Shults of Newport, Matt (Candace) McNealy of Parrottsville,; great grandchildren Andrea, David, Emily and Austin of Travelers Rest, S C , Ethan, Cory, and Kari of Newport, Celeste and Adisen of Parrottsville, sisters Christine (Gary) Garrison of Oak Ridge, Elaine (Sarge) Collins of Jellico, brothers James Williams of Jellico, Gene Williams of Franklin, sisters in law Charlene Pound, and Helen McNealy, brother in law Arless (Glenda) McNealy also many nieces and nephews. Special thanks to her special care takers Vicky Dearing and Tiffany Wilson of White Pine where she spent quality time while battling Alzheimers. Funeral services will be held 3:00 pm, Saturday, June 10, 2017 at Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev Chad Webb officiating. Burial will be in Resthaven Memorial Gardens. The family will receive friends from 1:00 pm-3:00 pm on Saturday at Manes Funeral Home prior to the funeral services. Please consider donations to Alzheimers research or a charity of your choice.
