MILLER, BILLY JOE age 70 of Lake City, passed away Thursday, April 26, 2007 at Methodist Medical Center. He was a member of Clinch River Baptist Church and retired from ORNL in 1994 as a sheet metal worker. He was a veteran of the United States Army from 1955-1958 and a member of the Lake City Masonic Lodge Coal Creek #492. Billy is preceded in death by parents, Ernest and Ammone Miller. He is survived by: wife, Betty Seeber Miller of Lake City; daughter, Regina Lynn Miller of Clinton; granddaughter, Misty Miranda Miller of Lake City; sister-in-law, Wanda Meredith and husband Joe of Clinton; brothers-in-law, Carl Seeber and wife Otella of Clinton; Jerry Seeber and wife Sandy of Lebanon, OH; several nieces, nephews, cousins, and host of friends and special Short Stop friends. The family will receive friends 1:00-3:00 pm, Sunday, April 29, 2007 at Holley Gamble Funeral Home with funeral services following in the chapel. His burial will follow at Woodhaven Memorial Garden with Full Military Honors at graveside. In lieu of flowers, the family has requested memorials be made to: Blowing Springs Baptist Church Youth Fund, c/o Don Henderson, 131 Carroll Hollow Road, Clinton, TN 37716. Holley Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton is in charge of all arrangements.
