October 7, 1942 - July 19, 2016 Resided in Sevierville, TN Freda Lois Huskey Finchum, 73, of Sevierville passed away peacefully at her home on Tuesday, July 19, 2016 after a short illness. She was a loving mother, sister and friend to many. She is preceded in death by her husband, Charles Edward Finchum; son, Joey Edward Finchum; parents, Paulas and Pearl Huskey; mother-in-law and father-in-law, Dayton and Susie Finchum; brothers-in-law, Dennis Beasley and D.R. Finchum. Freda is survived by her daughter Janet McQuaig and husband Bruce; brothers, Rex "Buck" Huskey and wife Merita, Ralph Huskey and wife Joyce, Gary Huskey and wife Linda, Randy Huskey; sisters, Doris Wilson and husband Eugene, Debbie Beasley; sisters-in-law, Cleo Suttles and husband Bobby, Judy Carr and husband Ray, Eva Sue Sims and husband Larry, and Becky Finchum; brothers-in-law, O'Dell Finchum and wife Geraldine, Jim Finchum and wife Tammy; several nieces, nephews, great-nieces and great-nephews and a host of special friends. She is also survived by her very special caregivers, Dora Faye Deavers and Tammy Finchum. The family wishes to extend a special "thank you" to UT Medical Center Hospice Group. The family will receive friends 5:30-7:30 PM Wednesday with funeral service to follow at 7:30 PM in the West Chapel of Atchley Funeral Home with Rev. Gary Huskey officiating.
