He was preceded in death by his father and mother, Clay Ramsey and Lola Ramsey; brother, Don Ramsey; and nephew David Wayne Ramsey. He is survived by his wife, Theresa Ramsey; son, Brian Tate (Brenda); daughters, Ashley Clevenger (Brandon), Lori Beth Ramsey (Matt), Leslie Tate, and Ashley Robinson (Eddie); brothers, Lonnie Ramsey (Lei), Darrel Ramsey (Nancy), Larry Ramsey, and Harold Ramsey (Ellen); sisters, Libby Fogliani (Carl) and Thelma Large (Jim); sister-in-law, Sue Ramsey; grandchildren, Chevvie Clevenger, Bentley Clevenger, Maddison Barnett, Haven, Taylor, Gage,Cole and Hannah; best friend, Jerry Sutton; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. A memorial service will be at 7:00 pm Friday, April 29, 2016 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Jerry Sutton officiating.
