Preceded in death by: parents, Isaac Allen and Alice Painter Ramsey and several brothers and sisters. Survived by: his wife of 66 years, Vina Ramsey daughter, Patricia Ramsey Self of Lenoir City son and daughter-in-law, Chip and Betty Ramsey of Culpeper, Virginia grandchildren, Allen Ramsey, Timothy Self and Tiffany Self great grandchildren, Taylor Brooke Ramsey and Allen Creed Ramsey sister and brother-in-law, Parlee and Carl Miller of Knoxville several nieces and nephews. Funeral service 8:00 pm Monday, May 17, 2004 at Miller Funeral Home Magnolia Chapel Rev. Robert M. McKnight and Rev. Bob Hayes officiating. Interment service 10:00 am Tuesday at Morganton Cemetery.
