Wanda Ella Rae McCoig, age 72, of Cosby, passed away Friday, February 26, 2010. She was a member of the Cosby Missionary Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her parents Raymond Teague and Elizabeth Proffitt, sister Dorothy Shaver, brother Troy Teague, brother in law Ronald McCoig. She is survived by her husband Kermit McCoig, son Michael McCoig of Cosby, daughter and son in law Sharon and Donnie Lindsey of Newport, brothers Vernon Teague and wife Glennie, Wade Hall and wife Patricia of Newport, sister Nannie Mae James and Lillian Shults and husband Roger of Newport, sister in law Dulcie Sisk and husband Bud of Arkansas, grandchild Amy Lindsey Ball, great grandchild Cameron Lee Ann Ball of Newport. She will also be sadly missed by several nieces and nephews and a host of other special friends. Funeral Services will be held 7pm Sunday February 28, 2010 in the Manes Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Cleo Williamson officiating. Family will receive friends Sunday from 5-7 prior to the funeral. Burial will be 11am Monday March 1, 2010 in the Ambrose Cemetery.
